Privacy policy
This page describes how Tria Ventures Labs ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through our merchandising tracking platform.
What we collect
- Account information you provide: name, email, organisation.
- Operational data your team enters: outlets, merchandiser visits, shelf photos, capture metadata.
- Device and location data when merchandisers clock in to a visit (used solely to verify presence at the assigned outlet).
- Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, user agent) for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To operate the platform you've subscribed to.
- To provide support and respond to inquiries.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We use the following processors to deliver the service: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Expo Application Services (mobile builds). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Operational data is retained for 24 months by default and configurable per organisation. Photo evidence may be archived to lower-cost storage after 90 days. Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days.
Your rights
Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@triavlabs.com with the subject "PDPA request".
